About Kris
Headed by it’s founder and CEO, New York financier Kris Roglieri, Prime Commercial Lending is composed of a group highly experienced entrepreneurial bankers that are at the forefront of the commercial finance industry with funding over hundreds of million dollars annually.
Kris brings an entrepreneurial approach to commercial lending. He started Prime Commercial Lending almost 20 years ago and has since grown to a direct balance sheet lender funding commercial real estate projects to include ground up construction, acquisition and refinance and business loans. Kris owns and operates Prime Capital Ventures which is a dedicated fund under Prime Commercial Lending to fund large commercial real estate, energy and infrastructure projects nationally and internationally.
In addition to Prime Commercial Lending he also is co-founder of Durham Commercial Capital a specialized lender in accounts receivables financing in which was recently sold, CEO of The Finance Marketing Group, the nation’s only dedicated digital marketing firm solely concentrating in the finance industry, CEO of Commercial Capital Training Group, a specialized training company for commercial loan brokers and founded and chairs The National Alliance of Commercial Loan Brokers, a finance industry association.

Gary Lockwood
As a formally-trained Commercial Finance Professional for the last 20 years, Gary Lockwood’s experiences are wide ranging. From a successful 10-year career as a Middle Market banker to assuming a Senior leadership role at leading alternative funder to building origination and sales platforms for emerging companies in the alternative lending field, Gary is highly engrained in the industry.
Matching up the appropriate funding structure to the individual needs of his borrowers is Gary’s primary focus, assisting over 100 borrowers in the last 12 months to restructure and realize the most effective programs to meet their short- and long-term needs.
His combination of credit knowledge, maximizing origination channels and ability to structure programs to the specific needs of his clients will allow Gary to continue to meet the needs of borrowers throughout the life cycle of their business.

Andrew Altschuler
Andrew is a seasoned leader and takes pride in his demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry, in his 20 plus years. Mr. Altschuler excels in Business Development and Client Relationship Management. Along with his reputable skillset in Electronic Payments, Working Capital Products, and Merchant Acquisition, Andrew is also an ETA – Certified Payment Professional.

Adam Steinberg
Adam Steinberg is a native of Huntington, WV and received his Regents Bachelor of Arts degree from Marshall University with a concentration in computer science and management. After many years in the premier educational system, Adam moved into finance and became an award-winning Branch Manager for Beneficial Financial which was eventually merged with Household Financial later they were purchased by HSBC.
Adam has continued to work in the finance space for 25+ years. He has held a variety of roles including mortgage originations to some small private lending. Adam most recently was involved in a startup company that sold leads to private and hard money lenders where he successfully grew the brand to 150 lenders generating approximately $5B in request a month. Recently Adam completed training at Commercial Capital Training Group.

Sam Perez
Samuel has been part of many start up companies and helped build them from the ground up. He also managed broker offices and individual brokers across the country.
Having over 7 years experience in the alternative lending industry, his specialties range from training brokers, sourcing lenders, business management, consulting, capital raises, and capital management.
Using the knowledge and professional connections made over the years, he is able to “Get it done”.
Samuel’s passion is fueled by his desire to succeed and help others reach their goals while always staying true to the basics, routines and consistency.
His motivation derives from his immigrant parents, who came to this county seeking a better life for their children. Business influencers such as Marcus Lemonis, and his 3 P’s (People, Process , Product), Kevin O’Leary, and every small business person working hard to make it; are where he gets his inspiration.
When he’s not on the phone, he enjoys his down time surrounded by his family and four kids that keep him young and going .

Lukas Bull
Lukas Bull is a Capital Region native and received his B.S. in Business Administration with a dual concentration in finance and management from the University at Albany. Lukas began his career with Prime Commercial Lending in 2018 under the tutelage of Jon Cosentino who will often remind him, “Remember who taught you everything you know.” Though the young buck of Prime Commercial Lending, Lukas can often be found sharing his knowledge of industry trends to mortgage originators and brokers in the nationwide publication the Scotsman Guide: Commercial Edition.
